Thom has 30+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and IT operations. Over the years, he has served as a System/Network Administrator, Engineering Systems Manager, Sr. Technical Manager, Deputy Director of Operations, and currently serving as Chief Cybersecurity Architect. He has worked for a variety of companies, including Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), Digital System Resources, Inc, America Online (AOL), Innovative Defense Technologies, and Dynamic Animation Systems (DAS). He holds a MS in Information Systems from The University of San Francisco and a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.  Certifications include CISSP, C|EH, and C|HFI.  He is co-author of Implementing Automated Software Testing”, Addison-Wesley, ISBN-13: 978-0321580511, and has published several articles in various technical journals.
